Brian Deveaux - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance

Brian Deveaux, now Hussey Seating Company Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance fills the vacancy created by former CFO, Gary Merrill, who was named President and CEO. Deveaux has been a part owner of Leaders LLC, a full service mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Prior to forming Leaders, Brian was Chief Operating Officer and CFO of Seabrook International, a manufacturer of surgical instruments. Hussey Seating Company worked with Leaders LLC during the acquisition of Clarin Seating. Deveaux holds a BA in Math and Economics from Bowdoin College.

Maine’s own seating manufacturer, Hussey Seating Company, continues leadership transitions with a promotion to Jaimie Rowe and new hire, Brian Deveaux. The 182 year old family owned company is completing senior leadership after the passing of President and CEO Timothy B. Hussey and the retirement of VP of Sales and Marketing, Jack F. Rogers.

Jaimie Rowe - Vice President of Engineering and Information Technology

Jaimie Rowe returned to Hussey Seating Company in 2015 as Director of Information Technology before being promoted to VP of Engineering and Information Technology. Rowe previously worked for Winxnet, an IT consulting and outsourcing firm, as Senior Vice President and General Manager. He also held a variety of leadership positions at Hussey Seating Company from 2000-2013 such as Director of Demand and Supply and Director of IT and Order Management. Rowe received his MBA from Husson University.
